Bluebell Breaks is a division of Bluebell Breaks  promote and share our holiday cottages, subject to meeting certain standards of service.

Bluebell Breaks and Bluebell Breaks on occassion wishes it’s users the opportunity to participate in surveys, offers, competitions and questionnaires (all of which we refer to as ‘surveys’ in this policy). Please note that Bluebell Breaksmay also retain your data and you may be offered the opportunity to opt-in to our marketing and promotional services (subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions).

Making a booking:

We need to collect details from you in order to make a booking of one of our holiday homes.

The information that we need to hold is likely to include your name, contact details, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.

The information you provide may be used to enable us to complete your booking. This information may also be used to provide that booking to you in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions.

In order to provide your booking to you we may share your information with credit/debit card companies* and third parties who we may need to work with to deliver services for your stay (such as cottage cleaners, management companies and other suppliers).

*Card Payments are processed by Paypal and by Stripe - your card details are not retained by Your Company

Name: When you register on this website we will collect the name you supply.

Gender: When you register on this website we will collect the gender you supply.

Date of Birth: When you register on this website we will collect the date of birth you supply.

Contact Details: When you register on this website and/or participate in surveys, competitions and other promotions we will collect the contact information you supply. This includes email address, phone number, social network profiles, physical/home address and website address.

How We Use Your Data

The information which you provide to us will only be used by us. We do not sell or rent any of your personal data to third party companies unless otherwise stated on any given promotional campaign.

**If you request our email newsletter or enter one of our online competitions, then the information you provide will be used to send you our newsletter and deliver your online products. What is not included in our Privacy Policy?

This privacy policy relates to Visitors of Bluebell Breaks. It does not relate to employees of Bluebell Breaks or third parties who we may need to work with to deliver our services (such as cleaners, handymen and other suppliers).

This privacy policy does not cover other organisations which we use to advertise our products and services.

Our website also links to websites and social media belonging to other organisations. This privacy policy does not apply to how those other organisations use your data, so please make sure you check their privacy policies before giving them your personal information.

Please note that where you make a booking to stay at one of our holiday homes, then we need to retain your information in order to process your booking and as such we won’t be able to delete your personal information until after your stay.

A complaint may be registered by contacting bluebellbreaksworcs@gmail.com  We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond in full within 20 working days.
